Honor's Partner Success team drives growth and owner satisfaction across our growing network of in-home care agencies. Our team balances business growth and operational strategy, always with an eye on quality outcomes for our clients and caregivers. In this role, you will play a Partner leadership role across the Honor Care Network book of agency owners, serving as a trusted voice on service and platform optimization as well as operational and growth best practices. Your owner management responsibilities will rely heavily on your keen understanding of the Honor Operations model, as well as the landscape of home care at large. Your work will help ensure strong owner growth and satisfaction across our network, all while supporting high quality care deliverables. At times, your work on behalf of Partners will require you to execute on initiatives across diverse internal and external stakeholder groups. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success in a fast-paced and innovative environment. You are highly capable of driving growth strategies within a cost-constrained environment. Your success in driving these strategies relies heavily on your outstanding communication skills and ability to contextualize for stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Partner Success, this role requires strong project management and communication skills, the ability to build trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders, and a passion for driving measurable results for owners on the network. Some travel will be required once it is safe to do so. Responsibilities Manage the Honor Care Network book of home care agencies to support growth and overall experience, including strategic problem solving and escalations management. Educate owners on product and operational updates, consistently focusing on the why behind improvements and policy evolutions. Execute on programs that support service delivery and product-supported growth, bridging various stakeholder groups. Collaborate closely with other departments including Product, Sales, Marketing, Business Performance, Care and Corporate & Business Development to drive results that support business objectives. About you:
To succeed in the role, you'll need:
7 or more years of experience in customer success, growth marketing or network sales, preferably with a tech platform-based business. Proven track record driving business growth within financial targets, in a tech-forward company and/or a dynamic marketplace. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to contextualize decisions and opportunities. Strong data analysis skills and ability to form data-driven insights. A strategic mindset and strong project management skills. An ability to develop relationships, collaborate with and influence stakeholders of diverse backgrounds. Enthusiasm, focus, and a positive outlook with a commitment to excellence and high performance. Self-motivated and entrepreneurial; ability to independently drive impact and make things happen. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Account ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
