Acreage Holdings (the Company) is a New York based holding company that owns substantial stakes in the cannabis industry. The Company is currently operating in the states of California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Oregon, and Pennsylvania. The Company focuses on all aspects of the cannabis industry and seeks to control the cultivation, processing and dispensing of its product in every state. Vice President, Human Resources The VP Human Resources is responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects. He/She will also be responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resource function.
Responsibilities:
Develop plans for a variety of HR matters such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, performance development etc. Partner with management to resolve employee relations issues; provided coaching and counseling to management and staff Oversee all HR initiatives and systems Recommends, evaluates and participates in staff development for the organization Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures organization's compliance Supervise the work of HR team members and provide guidance Serve as the point of contact for employee relations issues Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field 10
years of experience working in a Human Resources Thorough knowledge of all aspects of the Human Resource function Excellent organizational and leadership skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
