Director, Real World Evidence Strategy at Johnson & Johnson in Spring House, PA

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Real World and Integrated Evidence Strategy Lead, this individual will be responsible for the strategic development and coordination of real-world evidence for solid tumors including Renal Cell Carcinoma and lung cancer programs, focusing on interventions for diagnosing and treating selected malignancies. The Director will work closely with the clinical development lead and other members of the solution development team to identify real world evidence opportunities that can support the development program and the future market access/market adoption of our solutions. This individual will also oversee the execution of real-world evidence studies in collaboration with researchers from collaborative partners within J&J and external academic and non-academic collaborators. The Director will also work across multiple J&J companies and sectors (pharmaceutical, and medical devices) to assist with building the real-world data infrastructure in renal cell carcinoma through data cataloging, mapping, landscaping, and sourcing to enable efficient generation of real-world evidence. This will involve tracking and evaluating new curated oncology data assets, registries, and building relationships with health care systems and data networks. Additional responsibilities include nurturing a proactive, strategic, collaborative and insight-driven culture; application of problem solving and communication skills to drive significant organizational impact and accelerate profitable growth. Qualifications A minimum of a Master's degree or equivalent in biostatistics, health services research, epidemiology, health policy, health outcomes research or other related field is required A PhD would be highly preferred. A minimum 5 years of research experience with real world evidence in health care is required Deep and broad experience in real world data, real world evidence and related methodologies and analytical techniques is required. Experience in Oncology real world data is preferred. Track record of highly productive working relationships in a matrix environment, including significant experience with outcomes research and real-world evidence is preferred It is required that the individual must have worked across a complex organization with outstanding communication skills and have demonstrated strategic thinking ability as well as influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Up to 15% travel both Domestic and International is required.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
