Business Operations Specialist at Johnson & Johnson in Spring House, PA
The Business Operations Sr Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the contracting and financialprocessesassociated with WWDA/LCI partnership opportunities with other organizations, research institutions and individuals to effectively meet the needs of the business while delivering value and efficiencies. This includes contracting, financialprocesses, operations support and supplier management activities. Major Duties & Responsibilities Partner with the WWDA/LCI LT members, Operations Team, Finance and procurement to manage the contracting and financial processes. Collaborate seamlessly across the various departments including but not limited to Enterprise Procurement, Finance, HCC, Legal & the PMO to ensure organizational needs are met in a timely and compliant way. Use tools provided to track project information, contract requests and financial obligations Provide insights to the WWDA Business Operations Director to continuously improve critical R&D processes. Manage contracting process including eMP and eMC submissions, Totality and HIVE approvals. Interface with business partners, legal, finance, procurement, HCC, Privacy and others to execute agreements Track project information and contract requests in applicable systems Assist with the development of strategic operational processes that will enable more efficient internal and external development and operations. Provide insights to the WWDA to continuously improve critical R&D processes. Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required A minimum of 6 years of contracting experience is required R&D contracting experience is preferred Prior experience managing contracting and financial processes is required Experience in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred Ability to interact at the senior level in the organization is required MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint Skills required Excellent interpersonal collaborations and team skills including working with cross-functional teams is required This position will be located in Spring House, PA, Horsham, PA or remote within the US and may require up to 10% travel
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
