Job description Job responsibilities Collaborate with engineering and development teams to assess optimal cloud solutions Develop and manage cloud solutions following the best practices Design, develop and deploy modular cloud-based systems Review, modify and improve existing systems Take initiatives in learning and implementing new cloud technologies Ensure efficient data storage, processing, and security policies Identify, analyze, and fix weak points in cloud infrastructure and deployment issues Communicate with clients to offer optimal cloud support based on their requirements Minimum requirements Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, Mathematics, or relevant field 3
years of experience as a Cloud Engineer (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers) Experience in following relevant areas, including ETL process, database architecture, business intelligence, big data, machine learning, advanced analytics Knowledge of multiple cloud computing platforms, including OpenStack, Docker, Microsoft Azure, etc. Strong understanding of networking and internet protocols and shared networks Experience working on different databases, including SQL and NoSQL Hands-on knowledge of open-source technology, software development, and system engineering Preferred skills Azure, AWS, and GCP certifications will be considered Understanding of web services, APIs:
REST and/or RPC Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills Experience with CI/CD systems Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams Excellent client management and project management skills.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
