OurCustomer Service / Care Representativesare the link between our customers and our service technicians. You will coordinate schedules, resolve customer issues and concerns, respond to service and sales inquiries and communicate with our field operations. We are seeking a client-facing customer service professional with patience, accountability, and a genuine passion for providing a quality customer service experience. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are crucial to our business.
This position would be in our Spring House branch office located inNorth Wales, PA. This is a FT 37.5 hour per week opportunity with primarily a schedule ofMonday ? Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. During our busy season from April through August, there will be required overtime so you will need to have some degree of flexibility when it comes to work hours and schedule.
In this role, you will be required to:
+ Provide exceptional customer service and a quality experience to internal and external clients
+ Prioritize, plan and complete daily tasks, special projects, and assignments
+ Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts
+ Manage administrative requests and tasks
+ Provide proactive customer follow-up in a timely manner
+ Deliver accurate service and sales information
+ Maintain accurate records utilizing customer service software applications
+ Respond to leads and referrals
+ Partner with management to manage expectations and meet deadlines
+ Assist in scheduling of service routes
+ Produce accurate and timely reports
+ Ensure that work is complete and results are satisfactory
+ Assist in training of new team members as requested/needed
+ Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy

Required Experience
+ Previous experience in a fast paced, service based business
+ Prior customer service experience in a service based industry

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
