Director JRD Strategy Initiatives

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head, R&D Strategic Initiatives as well as the Global Head, Janssen R&D Strategy and broader Strategy and Operations team to develop and execute on specific strategic initiatives that will deliver the long term Pharm R&D strategy. They will partner with the R&D Strategy and Operations team to deliver short term execution on long term strategic priorities.   He/She will be taking long term strategy view and defining key near/ mid-term deliverables and measures.  They will have the ability to lead through transformational, multidimensional, complex, and often ambiguous situations to ensure sustainable results.    The incumbent will gain market insights through time with business partners, stakeholders, and industry experts; and develops a deep understanding of problems, needs, and possible solutions. They will have experience in conducting complex analytics and qualitative assessment to drive to insight, gain and incorporate deep external insights on the long-term view of healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry.    They will have a track record of developing and implementing strategies and plans that consider global and local ecosystem interactions and influences. At the direction of the Head, R&D Strategic Initiatives, leads/launches key growth and acceleration projects with the objective of helping translate thoughts into actions and actions into results. They will be required to consolidate input from across the therapeutic areas and functional areas to ensure that all views are represented.   He/She will have superior communication and stakeholder management expertise to ensure collaboration and alignment for successful execution and incorporate input from functions in Janssen and J&J outside of R&D: Innovation Centers, GCSO, Global Clinical Development Operations, PMO, finance and others.   They will function as a key sounding board for the Head, R&D Strategic Initiatives, contributes strategic input and operational expertise to R&D management reviews, including scenario development, trade-off implications and the evaluation/assessment of capital investment opportunities. Qualifications Master's degree in business (e.g., MBA) or scientific field required. Advanced degree (e.g., PhD or equivalent degree) preferred.  Minimum of 8 years of progressive business experience in the pharmaceutical R&D environment, or similar.  Experience supporting major change initiatives in R&D organizations of large pharmaceutical companies through work as management consultant or other significant strategic role 9508181207

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
